Old Town Farm has two arenas - one outdoor for both dressage and hunter/jumper training, and a 20,000 square foot covered arena for dressage training and shows.
The Red Barn features two tack rooms, two feed rooms, and 16 stalls. The stalls are 14’X14’. Stalls have windows on the outside walls.
The White Barn has two stalls, storage rooms and a tack room.
There are nine outside stalls with overhang shelters and six outside stalls that are shelted on three sides and covered.
The covered arena has a main floor that is 70’ X 200’ with 15’ X 200’ covered galleries on each side.
Footing in the outdoor arena is sand laid over a graded and packed subsurface of decomposed granite.
Footing in the covered arena is a mixture of sand and sawdust over a graded and packed decomposed granite subsurface. The covered arena has a sprinkler system to keep the footing from becoming too dusty.
Arenas are dragged several times each week to keep the footing in top condition.
There is an outdoor wash rack.
Less than a quarter mile ride to the west are access points to miles of trails that follow the Rio Grande river.
